Facilitating Change and Motivational Interviewing
What if there was a tool that could help your team move to the next level?
Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, evidence-based conversation style that aims to help elicit change by increasing a person's motivation for change utilizing an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion. It can be utilized by anyone of any training background in most settings.
We offer a specific MI module for Pennsylvania educators that is ACT 48 certified and aims to help teachers and school staff learn specific techniques and interventions for increasing students' motivation.

TRAUMA AND RESILIENCE
(INCLUDING CONTENT SPECIFICALLY FOR FIRST RESPONDERS)
We can deliver training content around trauma and resilience for individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds. We also specialize in content geared directly toward firs responders. First responders are on the front line of every emergency, protecting the public from disaster. But the psychological toll can greatly impact the mental health of these men and women, which can look like emotional reactivity, depression, fatigue, and more.
Our content for first responders seeks to help individuals and family members identify the signs and symptoms of the trauma response (especially PTSD) and, more importantly, develop the resiliency to cope with that stress.
